The front and rear flexible panels are controlled by a spring-oriented bar located on the top of the wheels. The rugged polyurethane wheels are 77mm/85A with ABEC-5 bearings.  My son loves it! October 6, 2008
I got this for my 11 year old son and was kind of worried that it would be one of those toys that got used once and then left in the back of the toy closet, but that has not been the case. He loves it and was able to get the hang of riding it pretty quickly. It's a great toy for an active boy.

Hi I'm 12 years old. This summer I was at my beach house, and I saw my cousins ripstik in a shed. I'd heard of the ripstik, but I thought it would be impossible to learn. But I was bored, so I picked it up and tried it. At first I stunk. really. But over two days I practiced. Within two days I got good enough to ride it to town. I HAD to have it. I couldn't take it and I ran to walmart and bought it. It's been one of my best product choices. I still love it, it's easy to learn and you should should just buy it now.

I bought this product for my ten-year old granddaughter and she loves it. The only thing is it's being represented as a Ripstik but it's really a mini-ripstik. I wrote to the people it came from and they said no, but that's what my granddaughter told me and I saw it for myself. The one I bought was much smaller.
But she loves it...

This was a wonderful purchase. My son bought it with his own money and he and his friends are playing outside more with this and he is even riding it to school. This was money well spent!!!
