Delivery was prompt but I guess I was expecting something nicer than what I received but I should know that you get what you pay for. This figure has big, old feet. It's packaging is better looking than the figure. This is a gift for my nephew who is a huge Tom Brady fan. I'm not for sure I'm going to give it to him now. It's more of a toy looking figure than a collectible.
